The 2002 Bundeschampionate had five Florestan progeny including the 4 year old stallion winner French Kiss, while the mare Ferrara won the five year old class at the Bundeschampionate. Florestan's progeny consistently are known for their great minds combined with athletic ability.
The dam is the brown Phinesse by the Westfalien stallion Phonix, the sire of many winning show jumpers, who inturn is the son of Pilot, the sire of jumping offspring with winnings of over DM 6,250,000.

Florentina has proven herself a prolific producer of very high quality offspring. She is sired by Florestan who has produced many proven sons like Florencio, Fidermark and Furst Hindrech and many offspring which have been trained to Grand Prix. Florestan is well known as a sire who can produce Olympic quality but with a temperament suitable for amateur riders. On the mare side Florentina goes to the foundation jumping sire Pilot.
Florentina has produced two foals by Sandreo. Bastion NPF, a 2006 bay colt is in training and has shown Florestan temperament both at home and at the show grounds. The second Sandreo was a 2007 filly, Caprice NPF sold to Pine Grove Stables in Nova Scotia. The third foal, Demarko NPF a 2008 colt by Johnson, has been sold to Andrea Taylor a Grand Prix in British Columbia. Her fourth foal, Espertina born in 2009 is a striking filly by Sir Oldenburg and has been sold to Jenny McBeath. "Flo" is again in foal to Sir Oldenburg and the plan is to breed her to Johnson in '10.
